Home Sweet Home

I took a little vacation to IL to spend time with family and friends.  This was a much needed vacation because last week I was having some problems with my lower back and it was really bothering my golf game.  I went to a chiropractor and fixed my lower back problem but caused some tenderness in my upper back. I am not a big fan of bones "popping" or "cracking" so I was not excited about going to get adjusted.  I believe this has something to do with my muscle soreness in my upper back but with the time I took off this past weekend I feel that my back is feeling much better!! =)  I am traveling back to Florida Monday night and I am excited to get back on the course.  I will let you know how this week goes and I hope it's pain free and productive!!
